EnquiryThe traditional blanc de noirs blend (base vintage 2021) and released with a lower extra-brut dosage. Strict without being austere, the low dosage brings out the sauvage firmness of the Verzenay terroir. I want more fruit and complexity (needs longer on lees), but it is perfectly serviceable in its category. Alcohol 12.50%. Drink from 2024. Tasted Apr 2024.
