Tasting Notes

The 2024 Charme started very closed in the glass. It’s one of the first reds to be bottled only this and the Turris from 2024 were bottled in February 2026 and it feels like a baby with all the puppy fat, peachy and juicy. It took a long time in the glass to open up; I also tasted a bottle that was open the day before, and the wine had not moved much. The giveaway is the elegant, silky and velvety palate, pretty much in line with the 2023. It’s floral, herbal, perfumed, elegant, fine-boned and balanced. I think this is the finest Charme to date, together with the 2021. 12,800 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2026.
Anticipated maturity: 2026-2037
