The organic Pieropan 2022 Soave Classico (in a screw-cap bottle) is beautifully fresh and balanced with citrus, white peach and crushed stone. The aromatic assembly is simple, but that’s exactly what attracts you to a wine like this (made with 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave in cement tanks). It falls easily over the palate, refreshing along the way, reviving the senses and definitely inviting the next sip. This is an ample 500,000-bottle production. [Monica Larner, 05/10/2023]

The 2022 Soave Classico is a total pleasure on the nose. Sweet smoke and mint nuances complement tropical green melon notes. This soothes with its soft textures while stimulating the senses with a zesty mix of brisk acidity and candied citrus. It tapers off crisp and clean with an inner floral resonance as lemon oil traces slowly fade. I would drink this any night of the week. What a treat. [Eric Guido, 01/03/2023]
