The 2021 Bourgogne Blanc comes from three vineyards in Puligny, Chassagne and Saint-Aubin. This is quite elegant on the nose, understated even with Granny Smiths and a hint of white peach. The palate is well balanced with a lovely texture, impressive weight for a regional white and with welcome "bite" on the finish. Enjoy over several years. [Neal Martin, 05/01/2023]
