Tasting Notes
Vinous 94
From the steep slopes of the Cul de Beaujeu, this is a very fine and rather delicate expression. While initially succulent, it remains light in body and has a sense of quietness while maintaining line and structure. You can expect wild flowers, red apples, nettles and elderflower. Hell, there’s even an apricotty character before the salty finish kicks in and a lightly chalky texture resides on the palate.
