EnquiryThe 2021 Chablis Bougros Côte Bouguerots Grand Cru, which was cropped at just 17hl/ha this year, has an intriguing bouquet with hints of peach skin and honeysuckle, the precocity of this parcel seeping through as it opens up. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, taut and fresh, quite linear with hints of orange pith and even a dab of ginger towards the spicy, energetic finish. Excellent.
