EnquiryThe 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet La Maltroie 1er Cru has a more backward nose than the Chaumées, scents of crushed stone and pressed white flowers. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, a little more weight than the Chaumées with the oak a little more prominent towards the finish, so give this longer to knit together. Again, good potential.
