Another cuvée produced from purchased fruit is the 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin En Reniard, an ample, velvety wine redolent of plums, red berries, orange rind, sweet spices and forest floor. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it’s succulent and sapid, with a pretty core of attractively pure fruit.
