Full bottle 1,517 g. ‘Sommelleria Demi-Magnum no 1,071’ (a limited edition only for tasting purposes and for a Parisian restaurant that was the first to list the wine), as Il Caberlot is available only in magnum. Deep, lustrous ruby. Finely perfumed nose layered with complex oak, which still needs to integrate further, and morocco leather. On the palate, intense red fruit laced with oak. Lots of juice and with finely chiselled tannins. Long, suave and elegant. One of the best Caberlots ever made. (WS) [08/04/2023]
