Tasted at the domain in October, the 2019 Spätburgunder Centgrafenberg GG shows an intensely aromatic cherry bouquet. This ripeness, richness and aromatic fruit intensity is reminiscent of the Spätburgunder Tradition at this early stage, yet this is certainly finer, deeper and more complex. Full-bodied, rich and intense yet elegant and fresh on the palate, this is a full-bodied and fleshy, concentrated and stimulating Pinot with lingering salinity and fruit intensity. 13% alcohol.
