Tasting Notes
Robert Parker 95
The 2018 Pinot Noir Brauneberger Klostergarten *** offers a pure, refined and finely toasty dark fruit aroma expressed with great finesse and elegance but most of all complexity and depth. Round and lush on the highly refined and silky-textured palate, this is a full-bodied, very intense and powerful, refreshing and saline Pinot with a very long and aromatic finish. This is already impressive, but the wine will still need five or seven years to fully shine bright and intermingle all its components to reveal its full beauty. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022.
